These terms govern your use of lovegroom.com and the LoveGroom preview service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What LoveGroom provides

LoveGroom uses artificial intelligence to create a possible pet grooming look from a photo and instructions you provide. A preview is visual inspiration only. It is not professional grooming or veterinary advice, a measurement of coat condition, or a guarantee of a real-world result.

Professional judgment and pet safety

Only a qualified professional who examines your pet can determine what grooming approach is safe and achievable. Coat condition, matting, skin or health concerns, behavior, and grooming technique may require a result different from the preview. Do not delay veterinary care or disregard professional advice because of a LoveGroom image.

Your uploads

You keep ownership of photos and instructions you submit. You give LoveGroom and its service providers permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have the right to use any content you upload.

Upload clear photos of your dog or cat only. Do not upload photos containing people or children, wildlife or other animals, private documents, illegal material, or content that violates another person's rights. LoveGroom may reject uploads that are not groomable pet photos, include unsafe content, or are too low quality for a meaningful preview.

AI-generated results

Generated images may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or inconsistent with your instructions. Review a result before downloading or sharing it. You are responsible for how you use and describe generated content.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe for vulnerabilities, automate excessive requests, interfere with other users, or use LoveGroom to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.

Free early access

LoveGroom currently provides unlimited free previews during a limited early-access period. We are not offering paid packs or subscriptions at this time. Reasonable anti-abuse and service-protection rate limits may apply. We may change access terms or introduce paid options in the future, but any price and billing terms will be shown before you choose to purchase.

LoveGroom materials

The LoveGroom name, site design, software, and service materials belong to LoveGroom or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update usage limits. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every photo, pet, coat, device, or browser.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LoveGroom is not responsible for grooming decisions, animal injury, or differences between a generated preview and a real groom. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
