Agreement
These terms govern your use of lovegroom.com and the LoveGroom preview service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What LoveGroom provides
LoveGroom uses artificial intelligence to create a possible pet grooming look from a photo and instructions you provide. A preview is visual inspiration only. It is not professional grooming or veterinary advice, a measurement of coat condition, or a guarantee of a real-world result.
Professional judgment and pet safety
Only a qualified professional who examines your pet can determine what grooming approach is safe and achievable. Coat condition, matting, skin or health concerns, behavior, and grooming technique may require a result different from the preview. Do not delay veterinary care or disregard professional advice because of a LoveGroom image.
Your uploads
You keep ownership of photos and instructions you submit. You give LoveGroom and its service providers permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have the right to use any content you upload. Do not upload photos containing people, private documents, illegal material, or content that violates another person's rights.
AI-generated results
Generated images may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or inconsistent with your instructions. Review a result before downloading or sharing it. You are responsible for how you use and describe generated content.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe for vulnerabilities, automate excessive requests, interfere with other users, or use LoveGroom to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, included preview credits, and billing intervals are shown before checkout. One-time packs do not renew. Annual plans renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payment. To ask about a charge, request help with a failed service, or cancel an annual plan, contact hello@lovegroom.com. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the circumstances of the request; your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
LoveGroom materials
The LoveGroom name, site design, software, and service materials belong to LoveGroom or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update usage limits. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every photo, pet, coat, device, or browser.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LoveGroom is not responsible for grooming decisions, animal injury, or differences between a generated preview and a real groom. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
