Overview
This policy explains how LoveGroom collects, uses, and shares information when you use lovegroom.com. If you have questions or want to make a privacy request, email hello@lovegroom.com.
Information we collect
Pet photos and generation details
Your original upload is held long enough to process the generation request and is not written to LoveGroom's database or file storage. It is sent to the image-generation provider configured for the service. We may store the generated preview, selected style, prompt, breed or mix, coat type, and related request details so we can deliver and operate the service.
Account information
If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, authentication credentials, and session information. Passwords are handled by our authentication system and are not stored as readable text.
Payments
Stripe processes purchases and subscriptions. LoveGroom receives transaction identifiers, plan information, payment status, and limited customer details, but not your complete payment-card number.
Technical information
We may process IP address and browser or device information for authentication, security, abuse prevention, and request limits.

Service providers
We use vendors to provide image generation, customer support chat, payments, authentication, hosting, databases, and file storage. Depending on service configuration, an uploaded photo may be processed by OpenAI or Google. Crisp processes information you choose to provide through the support chat, together with chat-related device and usage data. Stripe processes payment information. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
LoveGroom does not save the original uploaded photo. Generated previews, account records, and purchase records may be kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and financial recordkeeping.
Cookies
LoveGroom, Google Analytics, and Crisp use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, session security, chat continuity, product analytics, and core site functions. Analytics helps us understand visits and key actions such as starting or completing a preview. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
LoveGroom is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
